Teaching students as a leader is a great responsibility. More so, being prepared and how we prepare will dictate how well that teaching time goes. The truth is a prepared teacher will be a better teacher than the most charismatic teacher who does not prepare. Just because you can say something well, doesn’t mean what you are saying will matter.
